அமேது பட்டணம், சக்கரமுத்தூர், பெனு கொண்டா, படை வீடு, தாராபுரம், தர்ம ஸ்தலம் உள்ளிட்ட 24 தலங்களிலும், கொங்கு 24 மாநாட்டிலும், 56 தேசத்திலும் தலம், புறத்தலம், கட்டமனை, கிராமம், பெரிய ஊர் ஆகியவற்றில் உள்ள பட்டக்காரர், பட்டாமணியம், செட்டிமார், குலஸ்தார், செட்டிமைக்காரர், பெரிய தனக்காரர்(பெயர்கள் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளன) கூடி எழுதியது என்று செப்பேட்டில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இச்செப்பேடு, 11 ஏடுகளில், 22 பக்கம், 406 வரிகளில் எழுதப்பட்டுள்ளது.  முதல் பக்கம் கைலாச நாதர், பெரிய நாயகி, முருகன், வேல், மயில், விநாயகர் ஆகியோர் வரை கோட்டு ஓவியத்தில் வரையப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

இச்செப்பேட்டின் முதல் வரியில் சிவமயம், ஸ்ரீசவுடேஸ்வரி  அம்மன் என்று குறிப்பிட்டு விட்டு, அடுத்த வரியிலிருந்து வாழ்த்துக்களுடன் ஐய்யன் முருகனைப் பற்றிய குறிப்புகள் 66 வரிகள் வரை இடம் பெற்றுள்ளன.

67 வரியிலிருந்து ருக்கு வேத சாட்சி என்று கூறி உலகம்பிறந்து வளர்ந்த விதம் பற்றி கூறப்படுகிறது.  இதில், 115 வரிகள் வரை தமிழ் மொழியிலும், 116 வரியிலிருந்து 213  வரி வரை கன்னட மொழியிலும்(எழுத்துக்கள் தமிழ் மொழி) எழுதப்பட்டுள்ளன.

214வது வரியிலிருந்து ஸ்தலங்கள், பட்டக்காரர், பெரியதனம் ஆகியோர்களின் பெயர்களும் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளன.

கி.பி. 1885 ஆம் ஆண்டு(செப்பேட்டில் கலியுகம் 4986 தாரண ஆண்டு என்று குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது) பங்குனி மாதம் 18ம் நாள் ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை இச்செப்பேடு எழுதப்பட்டுள்ளது.

கி.பி.1814 ஆம் ஆண்டு (கலியுகம் 4915 சுபகிருது ஆண்டு), வைகாசி 5ம் நாள் திங்கட்கிழமை இம்மடம் கட்டப்பட்டதாக, செய்தி ஓலையில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளது.

நாளடைவில் ஓலை அழியும் நிலையில் இருந்ததால் அச்செய்தியை எல்லோரும் கூடிச் செப்பேட்டில் எழுதினர்.  இப்பட்டயம் எழுதும் பொழுது,பழனியைச் சேர்ந்த பாளையக்காரர் சின்னோப நாயக்கர்(ஜமீன்),சரவண குருக்கள்,பழனியப்ப நம்பியார், கண்டிப்பட்டர், தவராச பண்டிதர், பாணி பத்திர உடையார் ஆகியோர் முன்னிலை வகித்ததாக செப்பேடு தெரிவிக்கிறது.

பழனியில் மடம் அமைக்க ஏற்பாடு செய்தவர் நல்லுருக்கா நாடு உடுமலைப் பேட்டை பெருமாள் செட்டியார், 1000 குலம் 700 கோத்திரம் பொதுவாக  மடம் அமைக்கப்பட்டது. அறையும், மடமும் கட்டப் பணம் உதவிய தேவாங்கர்களின் ஊர்கள் மிக விரிவாகக் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. அவ்வூர்களின் விபரங்கள்

முதலிய ஊர்களில் நிதி வசூலித்து மடம் கட்டப்பட்டதாக செப்பேட்டில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

தேவாங்கர்கள் அனைவரும், மக்கம்(நெசவிற்கு) ஒன்றிற்கு ஒரு பணமும், திருமண வரியாக 5 பணமும் மடத்திற்குக் கொடுக்க ஒப்புக் கொண்டதாக செப்பேடு தெரிவிக்கிறது.

குழந்தை பண்டாரம், மடத்துத் தலைவராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.  பழனிமலை வேலாயுத சுவாமியார் திருவுலா வரும் பொழுது தேவாங்கர் தம் குல விருத்திக்காகத் திருமஞ்சனக்குடம் நீர் ஆட்டப் பெற்றது.மலையடிவாரம் மேற்கு வீதியில் மயில் வாகனக் குறடும்,தென்புறம் தண்ணீர்ப் பந்தலும்,தரும மடமும் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டது. மேல் வீதி கீழ்ச்சிறகு லட்சுமி நாராயணப் பெருமாள் சன்னதி முன் மடம் அமைக்கப்பட்டது. தேவாங்கர் செட்டியார்களின் வணிகத் தலங்கள் வீதி, திரு வீதி, பெரிய வீதி, செட்டி வீதி, நடு வீதி, மேட்டாங்காட்டு வீதி, புது வீதி எனக் குறிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

தற்பொழுது இம்மடம் ஆக்கிரமிப்பிற்குள்ளாகியது என்பது இங்கு குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
